Memberships

First Time Applicants:
Any individual seeking to become a first-time member must have a recommendation for membership by an existing SJCA member. A new applicant should indicate the name of the referring member at the bottom of the completed application form. This form along with the applicable annual dues should be submitted to the SJCA at the applicant’s first yearly meeting or by mail at least two weeks prior the applicant’s first planned meeting of the SJCA 2016-2017 schedule.

Renewal Memberships:
All renewal applicants must complete the membership application and submit it with the applicable annual dues to the SJCA at the applicant’s first yearly meeting or by mail at least two weeks prior the applicant’s first planned meeting of the SJCA 2016-2017 schedule.

Yearly Membership Dues:
• $40.00 – Insurance Company Employees – This category only applies to direct employees of an insurance company.

• $80.00 – All other Insurance Professionals & Insurance Related Professionals – These are individuals principally engaged in furthering the interests of the Insurance Industry by assisting Insurance Company Claims Adjusters by way of expert knowledge, advice & services. This category includes independent adjusters and TPA’s engaged in the handling, investigating &/or settling of insurance claims on behalf of Insurance Companies.
